Hey there, welcome to this post, In this guide, we will tell you all about Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Custom Lobby Video Following this guide step by step.
I’ll show you every setting you can change to make your CS: GO UI function properly in official matchmaking in this guide. In general, I will focus on topics that would require changing files and ignore well-known things that can be changed in settings or with commands like viewmodel, UI color, or crosshair.
Custom Lobby Video
I have a difficult way to replace the globe that is in your lobby background. Download the edited Rickroll video
here – [dropbox.comhere – [dropbox.com
Go to the Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\panorama\videos Make copies of the directory search.webm, search540p.webm and search720p.webm files and replace them with my search.webm file. Do not forget to rename the files to their original names.
If you would like to replace it with your own video after a lot work, the only way I could get it to work was if the video complied with these conditions:
- No sound is heard in the video.
- Resolution of 910×512 pixels, 960×540 pixels or resolution of 480×270 or
- 29.97 FPS
- .webm format
To edit the video I used Ffmpeg to edit the video. Feel free to give it a try.
