This ability results from acquiring abilities from the pompous King of Olympus and the humble Goddess of the Hunt. Compared to other Duo Boons on here, this one is a bit more obscure, yet it’s shockingly strong if used correctly. To allow Zagreus to make use of it, they must discover the following:

Zeus: Lightning Strike. Thunder Flourish. Thunder Dash. Electric Shot or Zeus” Assistance

Artemis – Deadly Strike or Deadly Flourish True Shot or Hunter Dash, or Artemis’ Aid

Whenever Zag uses his Cast, the use of a Bloodstone is used. These Bloodstones are released from the enemy and land on the ground waiting for Zag’s return. Lightning Rod makes it easy to pick up those Bloodstones. Bloodstones now continuously hit nearby enemies with Lightning Damage once per second. This isn’t a Duo Boon to immediately propel Zagreus into the superpowered territory; however, it does mean he’ll have excellent crowd control throughout the game.
