The Congressman

DIFFICULTY: 7/10

GUARDS?: 2

Random LOOP Yes, there are 3 possible paths that he can take from his spawn.

My Rating: 4/10 This target is interesting in its lore and is located in an interesting area of the map (Caruso Mansion). This target is frustrating because of its random loop inability to identify and lack of options to kill an accident. To kill him, you must poison the wine gla*s he drinks from the Wine Cellar. This is a clear chance for him to be eliminated from the other two options.

(More about the Wine gla*s poisoning below.)

Level 4:

Note: He spawns at the entrance to the Villa Caruso. He has the option of choosing three different routes. These are listed below.

1 – Library

2. Fireplace and Balcony outside

3 – Wine Cellar

Level 3:

Note: He’ll follow route #3, and descend to the wine cellar. After a while, he will enjoy a gla*s of wine. For an easy and safe Kill, You can poison the gla*s. This can be accomplished with poison pills or lethal vials and a suitable disguise. This is the most secure method (That I know of) to kill the target without bringing numerous items or exploiting game mechanics.
