My Rating: 5/10 While he’s a little better than the congressman, he is still not as efficient. His loop is not random. He pa*ses by a few crash-kill opportunities like the Chandelier and can be Isolated easily as he does not have a bodyguard to look into the situation for his presence. However, the place he goes to (The Town Hall/ Mayor’s Office) is filled with NPCs and a guard. This makes separating him difficult and he spends long periods of time with no movement simply talking to the NPCs. I make him sick with the Sieker1 and drown him in the bathroom next to him. This is the exact room he sits in.
