When Natsai Onai gives you the quest, the main gate is closed, so you will need to find a different way to enter inside.

Go right on the main bridge

After using this to climb up

When you are on the top, use “DEPULDE” and hit the target so the door will open

After using the skill name “WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA” and moving the box from inside the room close to the wall

When the box is in this position

You will need to use the skill “LEVIOSA” and make the box fly. When the box is in the air make sure you jump fast to reach the top of the wall
