How to unlock "Boss Rush", Survival Horror, and other cheat codes that you can use on your PS/XBOX controller

Maeve, this is Maeve. Here's a quick guide to all the cheat codes you can use in this beautiful game.
These cheat codes must be activated at "Press Start" screen. Otherwise, they won't work.
Cheat codes
Here is a list of all cheat codes you can activate with a PS/XBOX controller. All cheats must be entered on the game's title screen to take effect. Except for the Sound Check Level code, (, which must be input at the level select screen) and the Noble Sacrifice Code (which must be input during gameplay)
NeoStrayCat commented in the comments that "Extra Game Modes", already have Boss Rush and Survival Horror available from the beginning. You don't need them, but you can still do it if desired.
