The sun sap that I’ve seen in a single day is 4. That’s pretty good.

Here are some suggestions to find sun sap.

• Sun sap is easier to find than gilded ginger
• Sun sap will only spawn on the trunks of palm trees, which includes fallen logs
• Sun sap is much simpler to find with sound, because it makes distinct sounds when it is close to:

• On trees with thick foliage be sure to look up!
• Sun sap doesn’t despawn at night, but I’m not sure if it will spawn when you enter the location at night.

• After you’ve finished looking for sun sap, wait until the next day to reproduce. (Easily done by sleeping in the conservatory or jumping in the slime sea|You can do this by either sleeping in the conservatory or jumping in the slime ocean.}
