Arca seemed to have put his foot down when it came time for him to pick a stat to focus on. Arca, the stubborn man he is, said he was doing both Might and Cooldown. Both are highly beneficial to Arca. He starts with 10% Might and then increases his cooldown every 10 levels until he gets to level 30. Those two open up some decent versatility for him. …. is what he needs.
